Designer Hellla Jongerius is known for skillfully blending traditional and industrial craftsmanship. In her designs, she experiments with both innovative and traditional materials, forms, and production techniques. The Coat Dots are made of wood and finished with a glossy wood varnish. They can be mounted on the wall, adding cheerful pops of color to entryways, children’s rooms, kitchens, or bathrooms. The wall hooks are versatile and can be used as coat hooks or towel holders. Arranged in a linear pattern or freely side by side, the wooden hooks can be used to create playful displays. The wall hook can be mounted on the wall using an extendable aluminum pin, allowing the distance to be adjusted continuously. The coat hooks are available in three color groups—red, green, and white—whose individual shades are finely coordinated.
