The Melt Mini pendant light from Tom Dixon , designed by Front Design, is a compact version of the iconic Melt pendant light and impresses with its extraordinary visual effect. When switched on, the material looks like hot-blown, liquid glass, while when switched off it has a reflective surface. Thanks to its sculptural shape, the luminaire not only becomes a light source but also an expressive design object - ideal for smaller rooms, above tables or as accent lighting. Manufactured using an elaborate process of blow moulding and vacuum metallization in collaboration with German manufacturing experts, the luminaire offers an extraordinary visual experience. Since 2019, Melt has been equipped with an integrated LED ring, which guarantees energy-efficient and dimmable lighting with a long service life.
