Table Base

The Loop Stand furniture collection was designed by Leif Jørgensen for HAY . The series consists of simple, functional basic furniture at affordable prices and is constantly being expanded with new models. Inspired by traditional industrial trestles, the Loop Stand Frames feature a simple design language that emphasizes their graphic and spatial qualities. The three-legged table stands are a simplified version of the sawhorse familiar from industrial settings. They are made of powder-coated steel and are available in two sizes: the slightly lower version for the dining table ( Loop Stand Frame ) and the taller one for the desk ( Loop Stand Frame High). Since both table stands come in a set of two, they are ideal as a base for a tabletop. The three legs form a more than solid foundation. In taller versions, the table stands become the Loop coat rack. The Loop table stands were originally designed for the fashion and art boutique Storm in Copenhagen, where Leif Jørgensen was responsible for the interior design.
