Loop Stand furniture was designed by Leif Jørgensen for HAY . The series consists of simple, functional basic furniture at affordable prices and is constantly being expanded with new models. Inspired by traditional industrial trestles, the “ Loop Stand ” coat rack features a simple design language that emphasizes its graphic and spatial qualities. The three-legged freestanding coat rack is a simplified version of the sawhorse commonly found in industrial settings. Made of powder-coated steel, it is available in two different sizes. The smaller one is called Loop Hall, and the larger one is called Wardrobe. Jackets, shirts, and other clothing can be easily hung on the crossbar—supported by the three legs—using a coat hanger. The Loop coat rack is directly related to the Loop table trestles, which were originally designed for the fashion and art boutique Storm in Copenhagen, where Leif Jørgensen was responsible for the interior design.
