Snoopy, a Design Classic

The Snoopie lamp was designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1967. The lamp’s distinctive shape is inspired by the silhouette of the beloved Peanuts dog. The snout-shaped diffuser is a real eye-catcher, both then and now. Distinctive features include the three cooling holes on the top, which resemble a bowling ball and give the lamp that certain something. The lamp sits on a marble base equipped with a touch sensor for dimming. This allows the light intensity to be fully adjusted to individual needs and regulated as desired. The lamp is available in various color options.
