Small table lamp featuring a glowing ball

In 1998, Jasper Morrison designed the Glo-Ball series for the Italian lighting manufacturer Flos . In addition to the “ & ” “Mini version & ” shown here, the Glo-Ball Basic and Glo-Ball table lamps, the Glo-Ball pendant lamp, and the Glo-Ball floor lamp. The striking bell-shaped lamp bodies emit an atmospheric, diffused light.

Hand-blown opal glass

The diffuser of the Mini Glo-Ball table lamp is made of hand-blown, laminated opal glass with an etched outer surface and a threaded retaining ring made of white, injection-molded PBT (UL-94 V0). The cover, base, and lamp holder are also made of white, injection-molded PBT (UL-94 V0). The on/off switch is located on the two-wire, insulated cable made of white PVC.
