Iconic Arc Lamp by Achille Castiglioni
The " Arco " floor lamp is a design classic par excellence and, as such, is part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. In 1962, brothers Pier Giacomo and Achille Castiglioni designed the Arc lamp for the manufacturer Flos . Inspired by a simple streetlamp, its design combines the advantages of both a floor lamp and a pendant lamp.
