Versatile Light Fixture with Linen Shade

The Hashira wall/ceiling light from Audo sits flush against the ceiling and casts a soft glow through its round shade made of raw linen. This translucent fabric not only serves as a light diffuser but also lends interiors a touch of softness—both acoustically and tactilely. Inspired by Japanese paper lanterns, Norm Architects designed the Hashira collection for Audo Copenhagen, blending Eastern and Western influences. The new Hashira ceiling light features the same characteristic textured shade made of raw linen and provides atmospheric lighting, now in a round design.
