Japanese-Style Floor Lamp

The Hashira floor lamp by Norm Architects for Audo is inspired by traditional Japanese rice paper lanterns and features a modern design. Made of semi-transparent linen fabric, the material allows light to shine through gently, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the room. The inner grid is also visible as a shadow, lending a certain structure to the overall design. The name derives from its cylindrical shape, as Hashira means “pillar” in Japanese.

Ash wood base

The floor lamp rests on a flat ash wood base, which emphasizes its natural appearance and lends a sense of warmth. Standing 83 cm tall, the Hashira floor lamp makes a real statement in the room, yet it is by no means intrusive. This stylish lamp can be used in the living room as well as in the hallway or bedroom.
