The Plissé hand blender from Alessi is available in two versions: As a hand blender with a tall mixing container (700 ml) or as a set consisting of the hand blender, the tall mixing container, a whisk attachment, and a multi-chopper with a small container (350 ml). 500 watts and two speed settings ensure smooth sauces, finely ground nuts, or fluffy whipped cream.
