Multipurpose lamp made of aluminum and steel

Inga Sempé drew inspiration from the clever clamp lamps of her childhood, which were commonly used in many French country homes. A clamp is attached to the base of a light bulb, and a conical shade rests on top of the bulb to diffuse the light. Simple and ingenious.
Building on these clamp lamps, Sempé developed a multipurpose lamp that, in addition to its clamp function, also serves as a table lamp and can be mounted on the wall. The lamp is made of aluminum and powder-coated steel and is available in various colors. The design consists of a circular base that ensures stability and a conical shade that gently and adjustably diffuses the light from the LED bulb throughout the room. The lamp is ideal as a reading and task light and is both flexible and functional thanks to its various uses.
