The design of the Nuage vases can be traced back to 2002 in the sketches of brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. Thanks to its distinctive tubular shape, the anodized aluminum version has become an indispensable part of the Vitra collection. Now, the Swiss manufacturer is presenting this popular accessory in ceramic. Meticulously handcrafted, each vase is one-of-a-kind and adds a unique touch to your windowsill or sideboard at home.

Ceramic vase for ikebana

The “ Nuage céramique ” vase is characterized by its almost organic basic shape, which is reminiscent of a cloud formation and, with its gentle curves on the outside, creates an enchanting interplay of light and shadow. Viewed from above, however, the structure consists of eight narrow tubes that, when combined, form the striking outer contour. Individual flowers, grasses, and branches can now be arranged within them in the spirit of ikebana.
