Timeless Design Icon

The lamp, consisting of two semicircular spheres made of lacquered steel facing each other, is—then as now—a design object of exceptional quality and has lost none of its relevance. Danish designer Verner Panton drew inspiration from the Peace and Love generation and continually gathered new ideas on his trips through Europe in his VW Bulli.
