Brass Vacuum Bottle Stopper

The Collar Vacuum Bottle Stopper from Stelton was designed by Daniel Debiasi & and Federico Sandri and is a practical solution for preserving the remaining wine in the bottle until the next day. The built-in pump function removes air from the cavity at the neck of the bottle. Once sufficient vacuum pressure has been achieved, the bottle can be set aside. This prevents the beverage from oxidizing, keeping it drinkable longer after opening. The bottle stopper is made of stainless steel with a brass coating and is also suitable for carbonated beverages such as sparkling wine, semi-sparkling wine, or champagne. As part of the Collar series, it’s a great addition to the other kitchen and bar accessories from Stelton .
