The classic wingback chair, as we remember it from our grandfathers’ days, has been thoroughly revamped by Softline : The Havanna wingback chair brings this classic piece of furniture into the modern era. The design team at Busk+Hertzog has created an armchair with appealing details, whose sleek profile playfully contrasts with the sweeping curves at the top and bottom. It goes without saying at Softline that the “ Havana ” is just as cozy as its name suggests. For easy cleaning, the covers of the Havana armchair are easily removable. Flame-retardant foam in the upholstery ensures comfort on the sofa designed by the Busk+Hertzog design studio. Upon request, the Softline Havana wingback chair is also available with other upholstery fabrics and in numerous colors. An ottoman is also available upon request. Softline ’s reinterpretation of this classic piece of furniture—the Havana wingback chair—won the 2014 Interior Innovation Award.
