For breakfast or as a cutting board

Designer Sabine Schuhmacher apparently couldn’t make up her mind, so she used two types of wood for “ side by side .” The result: warm oak paired with light maple. Thanks to the high tannin content in the oak, the board is naturally antibacterial and can be cleaned just like any other wooden item in the kitchen. Oiling the wood brings out the oak’s distinctive grain.

The hard oak wood withstands daily use for a long time, but like any other wooden item that comes into contact with food, it must be cleaned regularly. These high-quality cutting boards are manufactured in the Caritas Wendelstein workshops. Please note: This cutting board is NOT dishwasher-safe!
