Sommeliers Wine Glass Series

Claus Riedel designed the series in 1973 in collaboration with the Italian Sommeliers association A.I.S. (Associazione Italiana Sommeliers ). Each glass is meticulously handcrafted from crystal glass and is one-of-a-kind. The upper parts are blown into shape, while the stem and base are hand-formed using production methods developed in antiquity and already in use in the Mediterranean region 2,000 years ago. The water glass from the “ Sommeliers ” series by Riedel is dishwasher-safe.
