A Design from the 1950s

The Birdy Swing lamp is an original design by Birger Dahl, the pioneer of contemporary Nordic lighting. In consultation with the heirs of the Birger Dahl family, Northern is now bringing one of the original sketches to market for the first time. The timeless design from 1952 features a geometric shape with soft contours and an expressive design language.
