Normies The is a charming

family

painted concrete figures

characterized by their abstract design and plenty of personality. The family members—Normfred, Normus, NormNorm, Norma, and Norm—were created quite by accident during a clay form study. Danish designer Simon Legald was so taken with the little figures that he scanned the handmade models with a 3D scanner, sketched them, and finally cast them in concrete.

Striking expressions with almost human features

Each individual Normie is painted in a different color and adorned with a unique pattern. The designer placed particular emphasis on the design of the eyes, embellishing them with almost human expressions that brilliantly bring out the characters of each figure.
