Modern Aluminum Stool

The “ 19 Outdoors ” stool by the Butterfield Brothers for the manufacturer NINE captivates with its unique, modern design. The “ & ’19 Outdoor & ’” collection is inspired by the designers’ charity project “ & ’19 Chairs & ’.” The stool is suitable for outdoor use and is made of aluminum. The material can be recycled with minimal energy consumption and reused as a recyclable product—making the entire production process sustainable. The outdoor stool is available in a set of two in various colors.

The Butterfield Brothers’ 19 Outdoor Collection

Each item in the series features a unique design. The material, color, and proportions of the extruded aluminum give the entire collection a unified look. The basis of the & ’19 Outdoor & ’ series is the design project & '19 Chairs & '—19 chairs were manufactured in 19 days, delivered to 19 locations, and reimagined by 19 creatives, all during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim was to create a response in support of Age UK & and Resourcing Racial Justice, addressing the harm caused by COVID-19 restrictions within the art community.
