The Shade nanimarquina ’s pouf is a comfortable and modern seating stool that complements the complex yet subtle color gradients of the Shade carpet. The original Shade design by Turkish designer Begüm Cana Özgür was adapted and expanded into a three-dimensional form by Spanish designer and architect Marcos Catalán.

For each of the four color spectrums of the Shade rug, there are two Shade poufs are available, each designed in the two main shades of the spectrum. Like the Shade rug, the colors are inspired by the blending of natural hues.

Elegant and sustainable materials meet unique colors

The Shade pouf is made from 100% New Zealand sheep’s wool and is available in a total of eight color variations. The fibers of New Zealand wool are characterized by exceptional elasticity. The quality of the wool is determined by certain factors, such as fiber diameter, color, thickness, crimp, and yield. New Zealand wool is easy to care for and hypoallergenic. It stands the test of time while reducing evaporation into the air and dampening noise levels, thereby creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
