Complementing the floral rugs inspired by the works of artist Santi Moix, Flora Bloom only a single flower and is also designed in the shape of a flower. Bloom is available in two different versions. The rug depicts a flower in full bloom or at the end of its life cycle, as a wilted blossom. The Bloom rugs are a stunning focal point and bring a multitude of colors into the room thanks to the detailed depiction of the flower. Made from 100% wool

The rugs in the Flora collection are made from 100% virgin wool. The wool comes from India and is also produced there. In this way, nanimarquina reduces its environmental impact. In addition, nanimarquina has opted for an eco-friendly cleaning process for its textiles. The Ecosheen cleaner is a multi-enzymatic and biodegradable product, meaning it is free of chemical additives. Traditionally, wool is the most commonly used material for rugs. In addition to its insulating and sound-absorbing properties, wool is also hypoallergenic, easy to care for, and 100% biodegradable.

Part of the Flora Collection

nanimarquina ’s Flora Collection was created through a collaboration between the brand and the artist Santi Moix. In his floral work, Moix depicts the connection between life and death through flowers. He portrays flowers in every phase of their life cycle, from buds to vibrant, colorful blooms to withered flowers.

The Artist

Santi Moix i Sala loves to tell stories through his paintings and let his imagination run wild. An admirer of 15th-century Indian painting, he draws inspiration from literature and renowned artists such as Delacroix and Picasso. Over the years, the Spanish artist has held exhibitions worldwide. Moix gained international recognition in 2013 when Prada commissioned a large mural for its store in New York. The Flora Bloom nanimarquina ’s round rug is available in various designs.
