Flat pendant light with a pleated shade and wooden accents

With the Soleil LED pendant light, designer Philip Bro Ludvigsen presents “ Le Klint ”—a breathtaking design featuring a beautiful combination of aluminum, flax, oak, and paper. Soleil means “sun” in French, and just as the sun in our solar system radiates light from its center, this design emits light in the same way. Its extremely slim form allows Soleil the flexibility to be used in a variety of interiors: over a dining table, in a restaurant, or in a business meeting room.

Paper, flax, and oak

Soleil are manufactured in Odense, Denmark, where the production of this and other pendant lights focuses on the use of sustainable materials. The hand-folded lampshade is available in UV-resistant, FCS®-certified paper, natural flax cord, and attractive wood details, which are made from either untreated light oak or smoked oak.

Dimmable via the Casambi app

This designer pendant light is available in various sizes, different oak finishes, and with a variety of shade materials. It can also Soleil purchased as a Casambi version, which allows the light to be dimmed via the Casambi app.
