A Tableware Collection Rooted

in Tradition The new tableware collection Colore is inspired by the proud artisanal tradition of Kähler and the potters who crafted the very first bowls, cups, and plates in the original “ Kähler ” pottery workshop. A sense of humanity and attention to detail has inspired the artistic and tactile design of Colore . The collection beautifully interprets the craftsmanship and decorative techniques—an integral part of Kähler ’s DNA—that have been developed over decades by the potters at the Kähler workshop. The glaze used for Colore glaze used is also inspired by traditional craft techniques. In the 1930s, Kähler used a glossy & “original glaze &,” which gave the Kähler designs of that era a distinctive, vibrant, and luminous yellow-orange effect. A glaze with similar properties is used for the Colore tableware to create a glossy surface that elegantly highlights the design’s details and shapes.
