Minimalist Candleholder

The idea for the Nappula candleholder was born when designer Matti Klenell visited the Glass Museum in Nuutajärvi and fell in love with an unusually shaped table. Inspired by the table’s striking and distinctive design, Klenell created a series of modern candleholders: Nappula was born! The name of the candleholder by Iittala can be interpreted in many ways, because the word Nappula has various meanings in Finnish, ranging from a push button or button on a user interface to game pieces or figures in board games, all the way to the term for a child. The Nappula Iittala ’s candlestick is available in several sizes and in various color options. Nappula It combines classic elements with modern influences and, depending on the design—from a small candleholder to a 6-armed candelabra—offers the perfect candlestick for nearly any occasion and setting.
