Weather-resistant & filigree

With the Palissade collection, brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have created a range of garden furniture that is ideal for outdoor use. Like all the other furniture in the series, the sofa is made of a grooved surface of powder-coated steel slats. The advantage of this is that rainwater can easily run off through the grooves and does not collect in a puddle.
Flowing shapes reminiscent of nature give the sofa a light and carefree appearance. Yet despite its delicate appearance, the piece of furniture is stable and robust, so that it can withstand wind and weather in outdoor areas, but also cuts a fine figure indoors. As part of the Palissade collection, the outdoor sofa can be perfectly combined with other garden furniture, benches and chairs from the HAY collection in various colors.
