It was reissued in collaboration between Rietveld Originals and HAY . While preserving the integrity of the original design, the Crate Dining Table features precisely balanced proportions and a transparent construction, which strategically minimizes production costs and optimizes the assembly process. Available in two different lengths, the table—with its rectangular tabletop and diagonal crossbars—embodies simplicity and a spatial design that reflects the designer’s architectural principles, offering functionality and comfort without taking up excessive space. The Crate Dining Table is crafted from solid pine and finished with a water-based varnish in various color options, making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor settings.
