The Liris Collection, developed by the design duo Thalea Schmalenberg and Kasper Fris Egelund, is the result of an intensive design process and embodies the essence of Gejst ’s design DNA—a blend of functionality and aesthetics. Inspired by the simple elegance of the traditional paper fan, Liris bridges the gap between artisanal character and modern industrial aesthetics. The innovative LED light source allows the folded fan to function as both a lampshade and a reflector, producing soft, evenly distributed ambient light.
