Versatile designer chair from Denmark

Fritz Hansen ’s Grand Prix Chair is a timeless classic: its elegance enhances the entire room without drawing too much attention to itself. The Grand Prix Chair got its name after winning the “Grand Prix” at the 11th Triennale di Milano in 1957. It was designed by the legendary Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen in 195 7.

The seat shell is made of ash veneer, and the frame of the stackable chair is made of tubular steel. It is available in numerous colors and with various frame options. The color palette Sense of Colour was developed in collaboration with the creative visionary Carla Sozzani.
