Technopolymer Table Lamp “

Miss K ” was designed in 2003 by Philippe Starck for Flos . It is a table lamp that provides indirect and diffused light, made of high-quality technopolymer. A special aluminum coating process and unique pigments create the lamp’s characteristic color tones and light quality. In 2004, “ Miss K ” was awarded the Red Dot Design Award. The entire lamp body is made of transparent, injection-molded PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate); the internal diffuser is made of opal, injection-molded PC (polycarbonate). The outer diffuser is made of injection-molded PC (polycarbonate), the inner surface of which is aluminum-coated using a special vacuum process. The two-wire, transparent cable features a resistive dimmer with a transparent housing, which is used to adjust the light intensity from 0 to 100%.
