Cardboard Stork Mobile

The " Lucky Storks " mobile by Flensted Mobiles is the first mobile by Danish designer and entrepreneur Christian Flensted . In 1953, he cut three simple storks out of a single piece of cardboard and connected them with straws to create a mobile, which he gave to his daughter as a Christmas gift. This led to the creation of the extremely popular Studio for Mobiles: Flensted Mobiles which he established together with his wife.
