Weather-Resistant Garden Table

The rectangular Luxembourg table is ideal for gatherings with friends or family on balmy summer evenings. This garden table from Fermob is sturdy and spacious, yet surprisingly lightweight. The 80 x 143 cm version seats 4–6 people, while the larger 100 x 207 cm version seats 8–10 people. The design of the Luxembourg table eschews all superfluous details and impresses with its recognizable tradition and simple forms.
The inspiration and name for the garden furniture collection come from the magnificent Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris, specifically the garden furniture found there. The 2004 reinterpretations clearly reference the classic original while appearing both contemporary and timeless. The clean, minimalist lines of the Luxembourg collection only hint at the splendor of the historic palace garden that inspired designer Frédéric Sofia’s creation.

Thanks to its weather-resistant coating, the

can be placed outdoors without hesitation, where it withstands both sun and rain. The practical opening in the tabletop allows for the insertion of a parasol, which provides pleasant shade while dining.
