The grind size can be adjusted to fine, coarse, or medium by turning the bottom screw.

The mills are available in oiled oak or lacquered birch in black and white, as well as in two sizes. This allows you to distinguish between pepper and salt either by size or by color. In addition, the mills are easy to refill, ensuring you always have enough salt and pepper on hand for seasoning. The design is by Claus Jensen and Henrik Holbæk.
