Mahogany Armchair

The Costes Armchair is one of designer Philippe Starck’s most famous designs. As part of the interior design for the famous Parisian “ &, Café Costes &,” Starck designed, among other pieces, the three-legged armchair of the same name. Since 1985, Driade has been producing the Costes chair, which continues to enjoy immense popularity.

French flair in the living room

The frame of the Costes armchair is made of black-lacquered tubular steel. The backrest, made of bent plywood, is available with a mahogany veneer or other wood finishes. The seat cushion, made of polyurethane foam, comes with a fixed cover made of black leather. The Costes armchair is intended exclusively for indoor use.
