Made of birch multiplex with a specially developed folding mechanism

The folding chair is made of birch multiplex and is available in various colors, hand-painted. A stainless steel mechanism developed specifically for the Fläpps chair ensures that both flaps always open at the same time. When you fold up the seat, the footrest folds up as well—and vice versa. Like a cantilever chair, the folding chair gives slightly, ensuring a high level of seating comfort, yet it is just as stable as most other folding chairs. Thanks to a small recess, the chair can also be easily carried when folded. All furniture from the Fläpps series can be combined with one another.
