This compartment is divided into two sections: the first is designed to hold the bread knife, while the second—which is the same size as the cutting area—collects the crumbs. In this way, “ Sbriciola ” simultaneously collects crumbs, stores the knife, and becomes a cutting board that is unmatched in terms of practicality.
