Fondue Bourguignonne is a special meat fondue that originated in the French region of Burgundy. However, the Bourguignonne set is equally suitable for all other types of fondue. The stainless steel pot, however, conducts heat more easily than its ceramic counterpart. The ceramic fondue pot really shines when it comes to cheese or chocolate fondue. The individual pieces in the set can be easily combined with one another. The sturdy stand holds both the stainless steel and the ceramic pots. The burner, which can be fueled with special fuel paste or alcohol, heats both pots to the required temperature. To fully meet your needs, two different types of forks are also available: The Bourguignonne forks have two prongs and are therefore ideal for meat. The fondue forks have three prongs and are perfect for cheese or chocolate.
