Stylish cutlery for dessert and cake

The cutlery collection is named after its designer, Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
He was born in Milan in 1913 and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 1936. That same year, he began his professional career in Venice, collaborating with Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, and won the competition held by the School of Vimercate. His work in the field of industrial design earned him recognition as a “ & ” “pioneer & ” at the 7th Triennale in Milan, thanks to the series of radio sets he designed together with the Castiglioni brothers. The “Caccia & ” cutlery series & is housed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York; it was designed in 1938 by Luigi Caccia Dominioni and Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni.
This simple yet charming cutlery set has been produced by Alessi since 1990 and has been a top seller ever since. It stands out particularly for its slender and extremely elegant elongated shape.
